War or Rain?

7 A.M. This Morning I was awaken by very loud and scary noise.

Heart was pounding so hard.

Woke Dyana’s up.

Me: Dyana, what sound is that?

Dyana: Wind, going to rain soon. Heavy one.

A bit relief, heart was still pounding.

Me: I thought there’s a war going on.

Piuh~~~ Relief that there is no gun firing, and no war is going on. Remind me of 1998 in Indonesia. Akh~~~

Wondering! is it because the novel that I read or lately I’ve been paranoid?!

    Sometimes fear is just there, silently, deep inside.

    How to get rid of it. Dun want it becomes reminder. scare me sometimes. Piuh~

    Overcome your fear.. there is a therapy that can help it. Tell u more when i see you..
